We purchased these balances for our MakerSpace STEM Lab - a public space for our grade 3 - 6 classes. The main feature that attracted us to these scales is the ease in use for younger children as well as the durability. Our students feel like "real" scientists as they measure out items to calculate density and other activities. A good purchase!
