The Activity Pedometer counts steps walked or jogged up to 1,000,000 steps; computes the distance walked or jogged up to 1,000 miles or Kilometers; has a stride setting function for more accurate distance calculation; computes the calories burned walking or jogging up to 100,000 Kcal; has weight setting for more accurate calorie calculation by lb. or kg.; automatic activity stopwatch up to 100 hours, and time of day with A and P indicators.
