The gravity-convection units can be used for drying, sterilizing, baking, evaporating, heat-treating and annealing. The exterior walls feature a durable scratch-resistant finish and double-wall construction, and the interior chamber is made from welded steel.

In addition, all heating elements are sheathed, and any interconnecting wiring is kept to a minimum. The indicator light and thermostat are also easily accessible.

All models are UL and CSA approved.
