Product Information

For use with our Ripple Tank (66466-00), the light source is a 150-watt clear bulb mounted inside a flat black shield with only one hole for light to escape.
The fully vented lamp shield can be rotated to provide a point source or a straight-line source. For added security and stability, we've included the Pole Cat™. This very necessary accessory will improve the grip of the Light Source.
Complete with cord, socket, bulb, and spring clamp.

The 'container' is potentially flammable cardboard and the light bulb is 150W. This is a catastrophe waiting to happen. There is a warning on the box, so the manufacturer was aware of the risk factor. Why nor use a metal 'shade'? I hesitate to use the ripple tank because of the poor light source!
