Product Information

Provide a dramatic visualization of the principle of superposition; concepts of transgression, regression and compression; patterns of change, faults and plate tectonics and more. Students construct a logical sequence of five sedimentary layers in a squeeze box, then apply a convergent force with the plunger in the box causing the layers to fold, and then fault.
